The Seneca Ridge House

The Seneca Ridge house is almost 4000 sq.ft. of history. With part of the house being built in 1820, and the rest being built in 1840, the wealth of character and original detail will take your breath away. Michael and Alexandra have worked very hard to update the home to a more contemporary aesthetic, all while keeping every bit of original detail intact. Aside from the general aesthetic and craftsmanship so apparent in this home, one of the best things about it is all the picture windows. There is a breath-taking view in almost every single room. The picture windows from the Den and the Kitchen are particularly jaw dropping. And even better, the home boasts a second floor terrace off the primary bedroom that overlooks Seneca Lake from above the property's beautiful oak trees. You can also spend an entire evening in the three season screened in porch. There's enough seating for the whole family and then some to admire the sunsets over seneca lake as you eat dinner or enjoy a local finger lakes wine! It is truly heavenly, no exaggeration, we promise.
